Well, it's that time of year again! We have been to the strawberry fields twice this week and have picked a ton of berries. We have frozen and dried them and me and Leah made 6 batches of jam yesterday:) This berry picking fun is really turning into a family tradition for us. We're planning on picking blueberries, raspberries and peaches this summer as well. I've got the jam making down and I really want to learn how to can peaches. Nothing tastes better in the winter than summer fruit that you canned yourself!
